Significance α = 0,05 - confidence of 95%.- p   espected prevalence Zα = 1,96 -  d/ whished precission with an estimation error  of 0,8%-  d = 0,008. Sample’s size corrected for finited population resulted  n = 512 CHILDREN  1  TO  3 YEARS OF AGE to complete study with an  espected prevalence  of 0,0085. Field work: 512 children were evaluated, 230 girls, 282 boys. First evaluation consisted on neurodevelopmental surveliance, second stage ASD screening by M-CHAT questionnaire finally specific evaluation for ASD. Conclusiones: Found no risk in 452 children, 60 had risk for child neurodevelopmental  problems. 52 M-CHAT negative, 7 possitive. From the  possitive MCHAT GROUP 3 children (2 girls- 1 boy) did not have clinic feature for ASD. After ADOS 4 other  boys resulted to be 3 with AUTISM – 1 ASD. For a sample size with a pressition 0.008 with a calculated pressition of 0,0038, the estimated prevalence for ASD IN SANTA FE in children 18 to 36 months old is 78/ 10000 or 1/128.
